Itemlink - Zabbix 7.0 custom widget module

Fork of the built-in "Item value" widget that adds one thing: a configurable URL to open when the widget is clicked.

What it shows

Visually and functionally identical to the stock Item value widget - description, value, time, change indicator, units, decimal places, sparkline and background-colour thresholds all work exactly as in the original, with the same "Advanced configuration" options.

The only addition is the URL field, right under the item selector:

  • URL set: clicking the widget opens that URL, in the same tab.
  • URL empty: clicking the widget falls back to the stock widget's own behaviour - the item's graph (history.php?action=showgraph) for numeric items, or its value history (action=showvalues) for text/log items.

The whole widget body is the click target, same as in the original.

Files

manifest.json widget registration, id/namespace, refresh rate, assets
Widget.php widget class, state constants
includes/WidgetForm.php config form fields, incl. the added "url" field

                              original history.php fallback

views/widget.edit.php config form rendering
views/widget.edit.js.php config form behaviour (show/hide, sparkline toggle, etc.)
assets/js/class.widget.js dashboard-side rendering/resize handling

theme CSS (item -> itemlink renamed)

Install

Copy the itemlink/ directory to ui/modules/ on the Zabbix frontend, then Administration -> General -> Modules -> Scan directory and enable it.
